Handling Racism with Professionalism: The Power of Neutrality ✨

When I experience racism, I don’t perform. I don’t give it energy or react emotionally. I’m not like Michelle Obama—I don’t always “go high.” Instead, I choose neutrality. I respond with professionalism and maintain my center because the power lies in not feeding into it. You get no energy from me—just neutrality. ✌️

Here’s why I take this approach:

• Racism thrives on reaction. By staying neutral, I deny it the power to affect my peace or disrupt my professionalism. 🕊️

• Neutrality isn’t weakness—it’s strength. It allows me to stay focused on what matters: my work, my integrity, and my purpose. 💪

• Racism is meant to provoke, but I refuse to let it shift my energy or alter my path. I don’t allow it to distract me from what I’m here to do. 🌟

This doesn’t mean I ignore racism. It means I handle it in a way that protects my peace and well-being. I’m not performative, and I don’t engage in emotional outbursts. I stand firm in my professionalism, staying grounded in who I am, and leaving no room for the negativity to land. 🌿

Staying neutral is my way of saying, “You don’t get to dictate how I feel or how I show up.” My focus remains on delivering the highest level of care and respect to all, without letting hate disrupt my journey. 🛤️

Racism has no place in the professional space, but when it shows up, I choose to remain grounded, unshaken, and focused. 🌱
