⚖️ The System vs. Medical Ethics: A Call to Uphold “First, Do No Harm” ⚖️

The recent overturn of Roe vs. Wade has placed many doctors in a difficult position—being asked to navigate laws that may go against their ethical oath to “first, do no harm.” As physicians, our priority must always be the well-being of our patients, not the dictates of a system that disregards personal autonomy and health. 🩺

Medical ethics demand that doctors protect their patients’ rights, health, and safety—yet many are now being forced to make decisions based on laws, rather than what is medically and ethically sound.

It’s time to stand firm in our commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care, and challenge any system that asks us to violate the core principle of doing no harm. Healthcare should never be weaponized.
