This course is designed for the busy professional, the balancing Mom, or the burnt-out babe looking to eat right, FAST.
Let’s face it, eating healthy can be a chore sometimes, so we need tools, tips, and tricks to get our food healthy, at home, on the go. In this four video series, we will explore concepts from grocery shopping, meal planning, meal prepping, and meal balancing.
We will ensure that you get all of your macros using 5 ingredients or less, in 20 mins or less that fits into your life instead of fitting on top of your life.
Whether you are bored with your routine, are eating fast food every day, or have a personal relationship with your Uber Eats driver this Jump Start to Healthy Eating Bundle will allow you to take back your food, and your time.
Each week includes a 20 – 45 mins video, daily tasks to keep you focused, a workbook, and several proposed meal plans (Lean Meat, Pescatarian, and Vegetarian) to get an idea of what a balanced meal plan looks like. Use the grocery list to shop for items, or use the ideas to create your own meals.

This course is designed to be fast efficient and get you on track quickly with your eating with tips and tricks that I have personally used balancing business, motherhood, social life, and hobbies. I confess I do not love to cook- but I love to eat! I designed this course to make it easy to balance eating healthy with business life.
The Process
Once you check out you will be sent an email with access to the course as well as instructions to request your app access. My staff will send you your app and you can either take the course via our website or the app. Through the app you will have daily tasks, tracking, workbooks assignments, and videos to review to track your progress and keep you moving forward towards your health goals.
