In Feeding your mind, body, and soul we combine 4 of our most popular nutrition courses all delivered in the palm of your hand through an app. We begin with teaching you how to build healthy habits one step at a time, then jump start you to healthy eating, then reinforce what you are learning in Holistic nutrition, and then if you would like to deepen your knowledge we add Holistic Weight Loss. All courses combined are about 12 weeks total and brings you the daily content you need for success.
