These Chronic Care plan members have 4 lab work reviews over the course of a year, 12 general visits (one every 3 weeks), 12 basic detoxes, a comprehensive physical, as well as the lifestyle package. These plans have medical oversight and integrative healthcare working with allopathic doctors who manage disease process in the body.
